Shri Pravin Ratilal Sharedalal

Lt Shri Pravin RatilalSharedalal, was the visionary behind emergence of PRSSB.He contributed his entire life to establishment and growth of the Company. Pravinbhai, who began his career in 1957, became Member of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (ASE) at an early age of 22 years.

It was under his direction that the company became the Member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Echange (NSE) in 1996 and even associated itself with National Securities Depositary Limited (NSDL) as an active Depositary Participant. The Company has successfully developed a huge and a ‘satisfied’ Customer base in the form of Corporates, HNIs and Retail Investors under his visionary and able Leadership.

Mr.Atul Sharedalal

Presently, Mr. Atul Sharedalal serves as ‘Director’ on the board of PRSSB Ltd. He possesses a rich experience of 40+ years in the Indian Capital Markets. With his perseverance, skills and determination, he has managed to expedite growth of the Company.

Under his leadership, the organization has transformed from a sole proprietorship to a public limited Company. The clientele of the company has grown to over 35000 customers that include prime corporate houses, high net-worth individuals and the retail clients in the Capital markets. He manages and interacts with a large facet of clients that range from reputable corporate houses to retail investors and HNIs. Through his rich experience, he has guided numerous investors and has helped them create wealth in the Indian Stock markets.

Mr.Jigen Sharedalal

Mr. Jigen Sharedalal serves as ‘Director’ on the board of PRSSB Ltd. He has a long experience of 35+ years in the Indian Capital markets.

The organization has expanded itself from a small office in Ahmedabad to over 25 branches spread across the state of Gujarat. He has brought about some of the notable changes in the company and has ensured that PRSSB changes with the requirements of the time and clients. He has time and again introduced and updated technology, systems and processes to make sure that PRSSB is not only compliant with the requirements of the regulators, rather it provides the best in class services to its huge clientele
