Shri Pravin Ratilal Sharedalal

Lt Shri Pravin RatilalSharedalal, was the visionary behind emergence of PRSSB.He contributed his entire life to establishment and growth of the Company. Pravinbhai, who began his career in 1957, became Member of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (ASE) at an early age of 22 years.

It was under his direction that the company became the Member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Echange (NSE) in 1996 and even associated itself with National Securities Depositary Limited (NSDL) as an active Depositary Participant. The Company has successfully developed a huge and a ‘satisfied’ Customer base in the form of Corporates, HNIs and Retail Investors under his visionary and able Leadership.

Mr.Atul Sharedalal

Presently, the company is managed by Mr. Atul Sharedalal who serve as Directors on PRSSB Ltd. He possess a rich experience of 30+ years in the Indian Capital Markets. With his perseverance skills and determination, he has managed to expedite growth of the Company.

Under his leadership the organization transformed from a sole proprietorship to a public limited Company expanding itself from a small office in Ahmedabad to over 25 branches spread across the state of Gujarat. The clientele of the company has grown to over 35000 customers that include prime corporate houses, high net-worth individuals and the retail clients in the Capital markets.The company under his leadership has adhered to the principles of honesty, integrity and ethical practice as set by Lt Shri Pravin Ratilal Sharedalal.
